The PADI Divemaster Course is your first step into the professional diving world – an intensive one-month, hands-on program required for any PADI professional. The course, will teach you how to supervise diving activities, assist instructors with student training, and manage real dive operations. You’ll gain practical experience across all environments – from confined water sessions to open water dives – while developing the confidence and adaptability expected of a Divemaster.
Training takes place in both pool and ocean settings, with the dynamic conditions of Protea Banks adding real-world experience to your development. Dive skill refinement, stamina sessions, rescue scenarios, and problem-solving workshops are integrated throughout the program to ensure you meet – and exceed – PADI’s professional standards.
Working closely with experienced instructors, you’ll refine your dive demonstrations, situational awareness, and ability to anticipate and manage diver needs. By the end of the course, you’ll be fully prepared to take on the responsibilities of a PADI Divemaster and begin your journey in the global dive industry.
