What is the PADI Adventure Dive Course?
The PADI Adventure Diver Course is a globally recognised certification, perfect next step for newly certified divers looking to expand their skills, build confidence, and experience new types of diving under professional guidance. Through a selection of exciting adventure dives, this course allows you to explore different diving specialties while developing your comfort and competence in the water.
Whether you want to improve your buoyancy, experience deep diving, enhance your underwater navigation, or try something entirely new, our PADI Adventure Diver Course offers a flexible and rewarding way to advance your skills and to see sharks in their natural environment.
The Lookout Guesthouse:
If needed, we offer optional accommodation at our on-site guesthouse for the duration of your course, making your training experience more convenient, comfortable, and stress-free so you can focus fully on your diving. A peaceful retreat where you can relax, making it the perfect place to be after the high-energy morning dives.
Course Overview:

A flexible package that allows you to complete your knowledge at your own pace before you begin the course.
- Day 1 – Welcome to South Coast Diving Co.
Meet the team and get introduced to your gear. We will launch for two dives on Protea Banks starting with your deep dive experience. For your second and third dive you can chose from the following PADI Adventure Dives:
- Search and Recovery
- Drift
- Underwater Naturalist
- Enriched Air (this requires an additional fee)
- Navigation and more!
- Day 2 – Enhance your diving skills.
We will launch for an additional Adventure Dive according to your preference.
