What is the Emergency First Response Course?
The Emergency First Response (EFR) Course equips you with the essential primary and secondary care skills needed to respond confidently in medical emergencies. Covering CPR, first aid, and emergency response protocols, the course provides practical, hands-on training that is valuable both in diving and everyday life.
