UNDERWATER FILM-MAKING WORKSHOP

Date: 21st – 27th June 2026

Experience the best the South African waters can offer. Dive on Protea Bank’ northern and southern pinnacles, encountering the oceans most iconic marine life.

Experience the world’s greatest shoal. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to capture the world’s most high-octane predation event.

Requirements:

• Advanced Open Water Certification (or equivalent) with at least 50 non-teaching dives, experience with drift-diving, dive computer, reel and SMB for each diver.
• Your own camera and housing. Unfortunately, we cannot supply any camera equipment. Feel free to bring any extra camera equipment (e.g. lights, tripods and sound recorders)!

Includes:

• 7 nights accommodation at The Lookout Guesthouse
• 5 days of diving, 2 dives per day
• 5-day Workshop
• Transport from King Shaka International Airport (Durban International Airport)

Important:

All dives are subject to weather conditions. For safety reasons, our skipper assesses the sea and launch conditions each morning. If a dive is cancelled, you’ll have the option to:

• Reschedule for another day
• Join one of our day tours instead
• Receive a refund (for that dive only)
