Requirements:

• Be a PADI Divemaster
• Have been a certified diver for at least 6 months
• Have at least 60 logged dives to begin training & 100 dives before your Instructors Examination
• Have EFR Primary & Secondary Care (CPR & First Aid) Certification within the past 24 months*
• Have a medical clearance statement signed by a physician within the past 12 months

*If you’re not yet an Emergency First Response instructor, you can earn this rating during your IDC.
**If you’re already an instructor with another training agency, you may be eligible to enrol directly into the OWSI programme, recognising your prior teaching experience.
